At the invitation of the Minister for Culture, Francisco Correa Weffort, Haroldo Costa directed and presented the show CLÁSSICOS DO SAMBA, with a cast that included DONA IVONE LARA, ELIANE FARIA, MARTINHO DA VILA, JAMELÃO and the Symphonic Orchestra conducted by SILVIO BARBATO. The most recent performance was given on August 30 and 31, 2002, at the Aahus Festival, in Denmark.
